Coil

The high voltage coilis wound with copper wire,reinforced with glas fiber,imported high quality epoxy,no bubble pouring is realized in the  vacuum state,and the low voltage coil is wound with copper wire and copper foil according to the capacity of the transformer respectively,the end is sealed with a epoxy.

Iron core

The core is made of high-quality cold-rlled grain-oriented silicon stel sheet with high magnetic permeability and low loss.The core column is tied with high strength insulation tape,which is compact and firm.The noise is about 10-15dB lower than domestic similar products.

Body of a machine

When high and low voltage coils and iron cores are assembled,they are supported by elastic rubber pads.The whole system has damping func- tion and good anti-short-circuit impact performance.
